Return Policy
Thanks for supporting our music and checking out the official merch! These are "Print-On-Demand" items made to order just for you.
Please read product information carefully before purchasing.
🛠️ Defects & Misprints
If your order arrives with a printing error, damage, or any defect, we’ll replace it at no cost to you. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and/or video of the issue, and we’ll take care of it.
👕 Sizing & Exchanges
Since every piece is a "Print-On-Demand" item, we can’t offer free returns for sizing or preference-based issues.
That said, we want you happy with our merch — so if you order the wrong size, reach out and we’ll give you a discount code for a replacement order.
If you received the wrong item please contact us at merch@audioroticarecords.com with your order number, as well as photo proof of item and we'll be happy to set up an exchange immediately! Approved exchanges must be completed within two weeks of receiving your return label.
To be eligible for the exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Once we've received it, the exchange will be issued.
📦 Returns
We don’t accept general returns, but if you’re not satisfied for any reason, please email us. We’ll always do our best to make things right.

👕 Limited Items, Sale Items, Pre-Order Items
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on Limited Items, Sale Items or Pre-Order Items at this time.
Refund Policy
Because each item is printed on demand, refunds are only issued in the following cases:

Your order never arrives due to an error on our end.
Once an order has shipped from our facility, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, and consider using a secure delivery location.
Refunds are not available for sizing issues or change-of-mind returns, since each piece is print on demand. If you ordered the wrong size, reach out and we’ll help with a discounted replacement.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
